“I had my complete heat pump system replaced with a high efficiency Carrier unit. The company notified me that the tech was on the way and the name of the tech I was to expect. Everything was clean when I got home and the system was working silently. As a matter of fact I texted the owner that I don’t think it was working because I could no longer feel the ceiling vibrate and hear the acorns bouncing around in the old unit. Amazing. I’m sure if I looked hard enough I could have found some low budget unit installed by a fly by night company, but I’d rather have a quality system installed by a reputable dealer I can trust. Again, if you need hvac work, I recommend Oconee Climate Control.”
