Great service from Dane. New Carrier system has given excellent service. Dane installed it three years ago.
Been using Oconee Climate Control for 7 years now. Always super quick response time. Always on time. In fact, they’ll call and see if they can come earlier, if convenient. Always resolve the issue, always friendly, and professional. Dane usually comes out and is always so nice and solves the problem quickly. Explains things so I can understand and is even sweet to my dogs! We’ve always been charged a fair price and I never feel like I’ve been taken advantage of. Will continue to use OCC, every time.
Called about 11:00 thinking they would tell me they will come in a week. They showed up a couple hours later! The tech Dane was amazing, he knew right away what the problem was and had it fixed in no time. He even fixed our thermostat that was not properly set on the wall. I highly recommend the company and the tech!!

After the owner emailed me the quote after 24 hours after coming to my home, he followed up with a call to make sure that I received the email with the estimate to discuss the work that would be done.
